Distinguished Delegates, Advisors and Esteemed guests!

On behalf of the Dais, I take this honour and opportunity in welcoming you delegates, future leaders to the 4th edition of ISMMUN, through a virtual platform.

My first ever, conspicuous MUN experience began with ISMMUN 2017 as a delegate in ECOFIN and UNSC in 2018. It became all the more exciting when I received awards which in fact, boosted my confidence manifold. This paved way for an opportunity to serve as the Assistant Director of the League of Arab States in ISMMUN2019.

Every year, I am enthralled to see a large number of exuberant young leaders taking part in MUN, unraveling the global issues. At first, I was in awe too.

Delegates! It is absolutely fine to be apprehensive and at times nervous. But remember the only impossible journey is the one you never begin. Each and every one of you may not go home with an award but I assure and promise that you will be enriched with immense experience and a lot of learning. You will be exposed to an atmosphere filled with acceptance, differences in opinions, innovative approaches, diplomacy, excellent communication skills and above all,fun!
